To the left of the living room is a door to the second double bedroom (4 x 3m) with windows to the front and an ensuite shower room (2.2 x 2m).

From outside, a wide spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace (3.5 x 2.5m) with wonderful views of the mountains the valley and the sea.

In front of the main house, next to the barbeque area, is the guest annexe, consisting of a room of around 3.3 x 3m, which is just used for storage at the moment but could easily have a small kitchenette installed to make the annexe into a fully functioning self-catering guest apartment.  To the left, and 1 step down is an opening to the bedroom (4 x 3m) and a door and one step down beyond, is the very large bathroom (3 x 2m) with a large walk-in shower, and the best view one could possibly have from a WC – over the magnificent Sierra de Tejeda mountains!

The house could benefit from some small improvements in places but is structurally sound and well presented.  The property is sold fully furnished and equipped – just move in and enjoy!
