This lovely double room is 3.5 x 3m plus a dressing area with built-in wardrobes on both sides (2.35 x 1.5m), and beyond is the ensuite, with double walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, decorated in pretty, light blue tiles.  The windows look over the country views and there is a door to a terrace of 5.3 x 1.3m.

Next door, also to the right, is bedroom 2, (3.5 x 3m) with windows to the gardens and countryside.

To the left is bedroom 3, (3.5 x 2.5m plus entrance area with built-in wardrobe) and this room has access to its own little terrace (2 x 1m) overlooking the quiet street.

At the end of the landing corridor is the guest or family bathroom, tiled in yellow, with bath and overhead shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.
