The property is reached via a short track that is part dirt track and part concrete and a gated entrance leads to a small parking area and access to the garage.

In front of the house is the pool and garden, a lovely area that includes the 10 x 4m pool, sunbathing terraces, and a side barbeque area.  A path leads down below the garden level, to the land, which is on several large, flat levels, planted with mainly avocado trees.
