The upper terrace door leads into the kitchen (3.5 x 3m) which is a rustic style kitchen, with wide worktops and the end wall has exposed painted rock incorporated into it.  A door to the rear of the kitchen leads through the 1m thick wall into the utility room (3 x 2.5m).  This room could potentially be made into an additional bedroom.

To the left of the kitchen, a few steps lead down to the living room/dining room. This lovely room is 7 x 3m, with corner pellet stove fireplace and a glass door that leads out onto the lower front terrace.

The rear terrace (7 x 3m) offers views towards the hills and mountains to the North and the rolling countryside to the West, where the sunsets are a wonder to behold!  From here is access to the main garden area, a flat area with many herbaceous borders planted with beautiful bushes, flowering plants and decorative grasses.  To the West side of the house is a built-in seating area to contemplate the beautiful West- facing view on this side, and the pretty gardens, with little steps that lead down the hill.
