This beautiful country house with sea views is located on a hilltop with excellent access (only a few short metres of dirt track, the rest all concreted).  It is only 5 Kms from the centre of the historic town of Velez-Malaga, and only 10 minutes from the coast, making it a very convenient, ideal place to live, or run a small B&B business.  The accommodation distribution would make it very easy to immediately set up as a B&B and would attract many tourists to stay.  Equally, it is perfect as a holiday let, attracting the lucrative large group market, and it would be possible to rent the single storey 2 bed house next door, which also belongs to the vendors.  This house has its own entrance, garden and pool.  The perfect place to run and manage the business.

The gated entrance leads into an ample parking area, with the large garage building to the right, with locable workshop to the rear. Each bedroom either has air conditioning or a ceiling fan, offering a choice.  All have terraces and all have sweeping views of the sea or countryside and mountains.  All are spacious and comfortable rooms.
