A very beautiful, quality build, large country house with outbuilding, Riogordo, just 1.5Kms from the village with no dirt track except the private entrance, lovely pool area, and an interesting 25m2 outbuilding suitable for conversion.

Just a very short drive from the country town of Riogordo, along an excellent tarmac country lane, the gates of this large olive farm and estate lead into a driveway, taking the visitor through beautiful, mature, ancient olive trees, to a large gravel parking area for many cars.  From here, a printed concrete drive, with gated entrance, leads to the house and gardens, or one can talk along a short track to the outbuilding.

There is plenty of sunshine all day on the house and a covered terrace offers much needed shade.  At one end is a large wooden house ideal for extra storage for pool and outdoor equipment.

The olive farm is looked after by a local farmer who keeps it in immaculate condition.  There are around 190 olive trees and plenty of space for further planting.  A Government grant provides around 1000 Euros per annum to help with maintaining the farm. There is mains water and electrics but the farm also benefits from a well, producing natural spring water.
