Back downstairs, the rear door leads first to a dining patio of around 7 x 3m.  To the right is a double arched covered dining area, or it could perhaps be used as a relaxation area with sofas or comfortable seating to enjoy the outside in the shade.  From this patio is access to the laundry (2 steps up) of around 2.2 x 1.5m.

Beyond this patio is the pool terrace, 9 x 7m, offering plenty of space for sunbathing, and with a delightful 3 x 3m perfectly square pool (1.2m deep throughout).  And beyond the pool terrace is the lower garden, at the moment left to nature, with the occasional strimming session!  There are several fruit trees including ‘nispero’, pomegranite, cytrus fruits and fig.  This lovely area is private and has many trees creating natural shade around it and could easily be made into stunning planted gardens.  It is a blank canvas for any keen gardener who wants a project, but not too large!
