Jayena is about a 5 minute drive and has shops and bars and a friendly local population.  Stunning Lake Bermejales is only 10 minutes drive, with natural beaches – ideal for Summer afternoons and those keen on lake and river swimming, or fishing.  The national park can be explored on foot and offers a rich variety for nature lovers to discover!  The country town of Alhama de Granada is withn a 25 minute drive of the village and Granada city is about 35 minutes.  Access is excellent, with no dirt track.
