A very pretty, rustic style country house, Comares village being just a short drive away, and divided into a 3 bedroom main house and a separate studio apartment with its own access.

This delightful country villa has excellent access, 5 minutes from the village and no dirt track.  A short private drive leads to the generous parking area.  The house and immediate gardens have been screened off with a cane fence from the car park area.

The 4 x 2m covered terrace area is ideal for outside dining, reading and generally relaxing, and offers lovely views over the stunning countryside, and a near view of the pool.

From the covered area, the front door leads into the ample sized kitchen (4 x 4m) and is open plan with the very large living/dining room, (8.5 x 4m).  These two rooms, as with the rest of the rooms in this delightful country house, have beamed ceilings and blue painted wooden windows with traditional Andalusian shutters.  There is a woodburner in the living room for the Winter months.  The kitchen has a separate utility room (4 x 1.5m) which is a useful place for storage.

From the kitchen, an open corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.  Each is charming in its own right and two of the bedrooms have their own shower rooms.   The sizes of these rooms are roughly:

. Bedroom One: 4 x 3m

. Family bathroom: 4 x 1.5m with bath aswell as walk-in shower area

. Bedroom Two: 4 x 3m with ensuite shower room of 2 x 1.5m

. Bedroom Three: 4 x 3m with ensuite shower room of 2 x 1.5m

The outside area to this part of the house has a covered gazebo for shade and flat ground around the 8 x 4m raised oval shaped pool.  The pool is an excellent quality above-ground style pool that has been installed partially buried into the ground, with decking to one side.

Beyond this area is access to the studio apartment.  This lovely part of the house has its own rustic style covered terrace with seating and glass doors into the interior.  The main studio room is divided into a living room area to the front, and the bedroom area to the rear and it would be easy to build a partition wall to separate the two areas if required.  This area is 5.5 x 4.5m. To one side is a doorway through to the kitchen (2.5 x 2m and fully fitted), and to the rear, the door to a beautiful shower room (2.5 x 2m).

Beyond the covered terrace of the studio is a gate to access the rest of the land which is not used at present.  It also gives access to a delightful covered outdoor bar and relaxation area with built-in seating, bar and cooking/outdoor eating facilities.

There is a back gate leading to a corridor that leads out to the car park, from this area, giving independent access to the studio apartment, which is useful if, as the current owners do, one were to let out the main house and live in the apartment, or vice versa, during the tourist season.

There are delightful views from this property and plenty of peace and quiet.  There are other buildings around, including a local farmer’s building above / slightly to one side of this property, but that property is not at all noisy or disturbing in any way, and cyprus trees could be planted for greater privacy if required.
