A charming country house with excellent access in the beautiful countryside around Colmenar, a fabulous country family home or for holiday rentals.

Situated in stunning countryside, just a short drive along a country lane, from Colmenar village, this charming home is set in the middle of its own, fully fenced, private, and almost completely flat plot.

The main house:

Another door from the loft area leads out onto the upper terrace (6 x 2m) with lovely views over the plot, the countryside and out towards the sea.

The house was built 12 years ago and is fully registered and there is also a single garage.

The wooden chalet:

Next to the house is a wooden chalet, with lounge and kitchennette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.  The chalet is not in very good condition but it would be possible to renovate it, repaint it and bring it back into use.  It has been on the site for many years and is no longer in use.  Alternatively it could be taken down, or even moved to a different location within the plot.

The land:

The plot is 5860m2 in total.  There is an area of garden, a piece of lawn and a pool (8 x 4m) with a pump house and store room underneath of 4 x 3m.  The rest of the plot is planted with fruit trees of many types (almost everything grows here!), including cherry, apple, almond, peach, apricot and grapevines.  The land is ideal for creating gardens, growing vegetables and planting more trees,  or even making areas for yurts which could be let out, etc. and from parts of the garden it is possible to see the sea.
