Beautiful country house near Los Romanes village, one of the prettiest villages in this area, set in glorious countryside all around.

Casa Peña Hierro is 80m2 and is being sold with two plots of land, of 2100m2 and 7500m2, making the total plot size 9600m2 and it is fully fenced.  Some of the land is sloping, some flat, and is planted with ancient and very beautiful olive trees.  The area around the house is totally flat and has beautiful open country views of the pretty hills and mountains, all around.

Access is via a track from the village of Los Romanes, with 2.5Kms of asphalt country lane followed by 700m of dirt track.

Upon arriving at the house, there is a large car parking area and a 12m2 building for storage purposes and a barbeque area.  To the other side of the house is an above-ground pool which is being sold with the property, and built outdoor shower.  There is plenty of scope to make beautiful gardens in this area around the house with terraces, outdoor dining and relaxation areas.

The house has pretty stone cladding skirting around the base, and the  front of the house has a 15m2 covered pergola terrace. From here, access to the interior of the house is via traditional double doors.  The front door leads into the living area, with living room and woodburner to one end and large kitchen/dining area to the other, in open plan fashion.  This area is 46m2 in total and is light and bright.  The country kitchen has been built in traditional rustic style with pretty brick and tiling details.

The rear section of the house consists of the two double bedrooms, each around 12m2, and the bathroom (4m2) with walk-in shower.

This lovely country house has mains water and also a well for irrigation.  It has its own electrics system for normal daily running of the house, using solar energy and accumulators, saving on ever more expensive electricity bills.
